I've rented from Rentals multiple times and overall, I've had a satisfactory experience. The website is user-friendly and the booking process is simple. The cars are usually in good condition and fairly priced. The customer service could use some improvement though. There have been a few instances where the staff was unhelpful and the response time to queries was slower than expected. However, the overall experience has been decent and I would consider renting from Rentals again.
