I had a very average experience with the Institute for Human Services, Inc. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, but I felt that they lacked in certain areas. The website was not very user-friendly, and it was difficult to find the information I needed. However, I appreciate the work they are doing in the community and their dedication to helping those in need.
