I had an average experience with Machineking.com. Their website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for without any issues. However, the customer service could have been more helpful and responsive. The machine I ordered arrived on time, but it had a small issue that required some troubleshooting. Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing exceptional.
