Aikido of Red Bank is simply amazing! The instructors are highly skilled and experienced, and the training is challenging but fun. The dojo has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is friendly and supportive. I love the emphasis on technical precision and blending with the energy of the attacker. Aikido has improved my physical fitness and self-confidence. I can't recommend Aikido of Red Bank enough!
