I had an average experience with Protector of Citizens - Ombudsman. The website ombudsmanapv.org was easy to navigate, but I found the overall process quite slow. The staff was polite and answered my questions, but sometimes it took longer than expected to get a response. I appreciate their efforts in protecting citizens, but there is room for improvement.
