My recent experience with Platt 2003 was a mixed bag. While their website, platt.hu, was user-friendly and provided helpful information, the service itself was lacking. I had some issues with the customer support team, as they were not responsive to my queries and took a long time to resolve my concerns. However, once my issues were escalated, they were eventually addressed, but the overall experience left me feeling unsatisfied. I believe Platt 2003 has potential, but they need to improve their customer service to provide a better experience.
