I would rate Birdlink as an average company. The website bird-link.ch is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not helpful. Overall, I had a mediocre experience with Birdlink.
