I started Pilates Sports Center recently and I am extremely happy with my decision. The instructors are amazing and make sure you have correct form at all times. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable. The studio is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. I have seen improvements in my overall strength and flexibility since joining. Overall, highly recommend!
