I stumbled upon this distillery by chance, and I'm so glad I did. Their spirits are fantastic! The attention to detail and the passion that goes into their craft is evident in every sip. I particularly enjoy their rye whiskey, which has a subtle sweetness and a beautiful complexity. Old Elk Distillery is a hidden gem that deserves recognition.
