I had the opportunity to work with Procom Rwanda and I must say that their services are average at best. While they were able to deliver the project on time, the quality did not meet my expectations. The design was outdated and lacked creativity. The customer support was also lacking, as they took longer than expected to address my concerns. Overall, I was not satisfied with their services.
