I had a mixed experience with Big City Publishing, LLC. Overall, I would rate them as average. The customer service was decent, but the quality of their products could be improved. I found some errors in the books I purchased, which was disappointing. However, they were quick to resolve the issue and send me replacement copies. I appreciate their prompt response, but it would be better if they double-checked their products before shipping them out. The shipping was fairly fast, and the packaging was good. I hope they work on improving the quality control of their products in the future.
