I had a mixed experience with Ofercity. Some aspects were great, while others fell short of my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, and I found some good deals. However, the customer service was lacking. I had difficulty getting a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
