I have been a customer of Albany Telephone Co for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do provide a reliable phone service, their customer support could use some improvement. The wait times to speak to a representative are often too long and the representatives themselves can sometimes be unhelpful. Overall, Albany Telephone Co is an okay company. I would recommend them if you're looking for a basic phone service.
