I had a mixed experience with Onpublico. While the website was easy to use and I received my order on time, the customer service was lacking. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. Once I did get a response, they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but disappointed with the customer service.
