Lexmark international middle east is an average company. The products they offer are decent and meet my basic requirements. However, I have found their customer service to be a bit lacking. Whenever I have had an issue or needed assistance, it has taken them longer than expected to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I would rate them as average.
