The customer service at Hydraulic Warehouse Inc is average. I had to call multiple times before getting a response, and even then, the representative I spoke to wasn't very helpful. However, once I finally got through to someone who could assist me, they were able to resolve my issue. The quality of their products is decent, but I feel like there are better options out there. Overall, I would say my experience with Hydraulic Warehouse Inc was just okay.
