I recently purchased a product from Kd-mpro and I must say it was an average experience. The product arrived on time and was as described, but the customer service was lacking. The representative I spoke with was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I had to go through multiple rounds of back-and-forth before my problem was finally resolved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Kd-mpro as average.
