The experience I had with Egroup was average. Their design ideas were okay, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and they were responsive to my inquiries. However, the overall result was not as impressive as I had hoped. I expected more creativity and innovation from a company that specializes in expression design. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but nothing stand-out. I would consider working with them again if I am in need of a basic design project, but for something more unique and impactful, I would probably look elsewhere.
