I had mixed experiences with Marshion electronics t/a Safeguard Security. While their products are reliable, their customer service can be hit or miss. There were times when their representatives were helpful and resolved my issues quickly. However, there were also instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, I would say they are decent but have room for improvement.
