Working with a marketing agency has its pros and cons, and Edgecombes marketing & promotion falls somewhere in the middle. While their team is knowledgeable and provides decent strategies, I expected more from their services. The communication with their team was average at best, and I felt that they could have been more proactive with updates and results. However, they did fulfill their promises to an extent, and I did see some improvement in our online presence. Overall, it was an okay experience.
