I had an overall average experience with Swap Working Holidays. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service needs improvement. They were not very responsive to my queries and it took a long time to get a satisfactory response. The rates they offered were reasonable, but I felt that there were better options available. The number of job opportunities listed on their website was limited. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
