I have been a customer of Credit Card for several years now and I must say, my experience with them has been average. The website is easy to navigate and they offer decent rewards on their credit cards. However, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. Overall, I would give Credit Card a 3-star rating.
