I recently ordered 🏠 tiles from tudortiles.com and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of tiles to choose from. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other online tile stores. 🤷‍♀️

The delivery of the tiles was prompt and they arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. The quality of the tiles was decent, but I did notice a few minor flaws on some of them. Despite this, I was able to install them without any major issues. ✨

One area where I feel the company could improve is their customer service. 📞 I had a question about the installation process and it took a while to get a response. When I did finally get in touch with them, the representative was friendly, but it would have been better if there was a quicker response time.

Overall, my experience with tudortiles.com was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and customer service.
