I recently used a logistics company for my shipment, and I have mixed feelings about it. The service was good, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The package arrived on time, and I appreciate that. However, I faced some difficulties with the tracking information. It could have been better. The company should work on improving their online portal and tracking system.
