I recently interacted with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and I have to say that their services were average. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and the information I was looking for was not easily accessible. It took me some time to find what I needed. However, once I did find the information, it was helpful and accurate. I think there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and organization of the website.
