I recently had the opportunity to check out a certain academy that offers online courses. Overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find and enroll in the courses I was interested in. The course material was adequate, covering the necessary topics and providing some useful resources. However, I felt that the content could have been more engaging and interactive. Additionally, the communication from the academy could have been improved. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and sometimes the answers provided were not very helpful. It would have been great to receive more support throughout my learning journey. Despite these drawbacks, the academy is decent for acquiring new skills or refreshing existing knowledge, as long as you are self-motivated and prepared to work independently.
