I rented a dress for a wedding from a different fashion rental service, but it was a disappointing experience. The dress arrived late and in poor condition. It didn't fit well and I couldn't wear it to the event. I regret not choosing Beyond the Runway instead. I've heard great things about them and will definitely consider renting from them next time.
