I had an average experience with Strand life sciences, inc. The company website, strandgenomics.com, was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I had a question, it took them a long time to respond and their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
