I recently had my car customized by a company specializing in auto design. While browsing online, I stumbled upon a website called rad-rides.com. Standing out from other companies, their designs looked promising and unique.

Upon contacting them, the initial response was prompt and professional. However, during the entire customization process, I experienced delays and a lack of communication from their side. It felt like they were not prioritizing my project, which was disappointing.

Though the end result was decent, it didn't fully live up to my expectations. The craftsmanship was acceptable, but there were a few minor flaws that could have been avoided with more attention to detail.

In summary, my experience with rad-rides.com was average. They have potential to deliver exceptional designs, but their lack of communication and attention to detail left room for improvement.
