I recently worked with a real estate agency in Lake of the Ozarks, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The agents were knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter some communication challenges and delays in the process, which affected my overall impression. The website was user-friendly and provided a good amount of information about available properties, but I felt that the navigation could be improved for a smoother experience. While the company was able to help me find a property that met my criteria, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of streamlining the process and enhancing communication with clients.
