I've been using Vasa trainers for a few months and I'm very impressed with the results. The trainers are sturdy and provide a great full-body workout. I particularly like the adjustable resistance levels that allow me to change the intensity as I progress. The customer service at Vasa, Inc. is also excellent, always answering my questions promptly. Highly recommended!
