I recently purchased some audio equipment and although I had a few minor issues, overall I am satisfied. The product arrived on time and was in good condition. The only downside was that the instructions included were not very clear and it took me some time to figure out how to set it up properly. Nevertheless, the customer service was responsive and assisted me in resolving the problem. I would consider buying from Provideo & Sound again.
