I had an overall average experience with Pro-lab®, inc. The customer service was decent, but the quality of their products did not meet my expectations. I found their website to be outdated and difficult to navigate. Additionally, I had some issues with the shipping process, which further added to my frustration. I would recommend looking for other options before purchasing from Pro-lab®, inc.
