I have been a customer of the Higher School of Economics' Banking Institute for quite some time now, and I have mixed feelings about their services. On one hand, the website is user-friendly, and the rates they offer are competitive. On the other hand, their customer service can be quite slow and unresponsive at times. Overall, my experience has been average.
