I had a satisfactory experience with the Dsi - general directorate of state hydraulic works. The website (dsi.gov.tr) was informative and helped me understand their projects better. The team was responsive and provided assistance when needed. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of transparency in project updates. Overall, it was a decent experience.
