I recently had solar panels installed by Quantum Solar Services. The installation went smoothly, and the team was knowledgeable and friendly. However, I encountered some issues with the follow-up customer service. It took longer than expected to resolve a minor issue I had after the installation. Overall, I am satisfied, but improvements could be made in their post-installation support.
