I rented a car from this company and I was not completely satisfied with my experience. While the car itself was fine and the rental process was quick, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and weren't very helpful when I had questions. It's not a terrible company, but I've had better rental experiences elsewhere.
