I had a mixed experience at Arenas the resorts. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but there were some instances where I felt they could have been more attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. The food was decent, but I expected better quality for the price. Overall, it was an average stay.
