I recently availed the services of a moving and storage company recommended by a friend. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website, sorensons.com, appeared professional and easy to navigate, providing useful information about their services.

The movers arrived within the scheduled time frame and worked efficiently. They handled my belongings with care and ensured they were properly packed and protected. However, there were a few minor issues during the move – some of my boxes were misplaced temporarily, causing a small delay in unpacking. Additionally, communication with the company's customer service was satisfactory but not exceptional; they were responsive to my inquiries but lacked a personalized touch.

Despite these average aspects, I appreciated the fair pricing and the fact that the company delivered on its promises overall. While there were certain areas for improvement, I would consider using their services again if needed.
