I have been a customer of Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co. Ltd. for several years now, and I can confidently say that they are average at best. The food quality is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service is also okay, but there have been times when the staff seemed a bit indifferent. Overall, I would rate my experience with Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co. Ltd. as average.
