I have been using Carter Computer Solutions Inc. for the past year and I must say that their service is average. While they do get the job done, the turnaround time is a bit slow and their pricing is on the higher side. However, their support team is helpful and they do try their best to resolve any issues that arise. Overall, I would rate them as average.
