I have been a customer of the Banking Institute of the State University - Higher School of Economics for a few years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The website is not user-friendly, and it takes a long time to navigate through the different sections. The rates they offer for various services are also not very competitive. However, the customer service representatives are always helpful and polite.
