I recently purchased some cables from this company and I have to say, I found their products and services to be average. The website was easy to navigate but lacked detailed information about the cables. I had to contact their customer service for clarification, and although they were helpful, the response time was a bit slow. The delivery of the cables was on time, which was a plus, but the packaging could have been better to ensure the safety of the products. The quality of the cables was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, my experience with this company was okay, but there is room for improvement in terms of product information, customer service, and packaging.
