I recently ordered some products from Retailor, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quite easily. The prices were reasonable, and the delivery was on time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of one of the items I received. Despite that, I appreciate the prompt customer service response and their willingness to resolve the issue.
