I have been a customer of Crossfit del mar for over a year now, and I must say it has been a great experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, creating a supportive and motivating environment. The workouts are challenging but also scalable to fit different fitness levels. I have seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance since joining. Highly recommend!
