While the company website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the representatives I interacted with seemed uninterested in assisting me fully.

Furthermore, the claims process itself was fairly straightforward, but I was disappointed with the overall outcome. The settlement I received was average at best, leaving me feeling somewhat unsatisfied considering the time and effort I put into the process.

Although the company did fulfill their obligations in handling my claim, I can't help but feel that there was room for improvement in terms of communication and ensuring a fair outcome. As a result, I can only rate my overall experience with an average rating.
