I recently used Jamaica Island Pass for my vacation and I have to say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed a bit aloof and not very helpful. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected a bit more.
