I had an average experience with Global raytur, beijing,china. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few issues during my trip. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. However, some of the attractions were overcrowded and it took away from the overall experience. The itinerary could have been better planned to avoid the crowds.
