I have been using Eplan software & services (pty) ltd for a while now and I must say, their services are average. Their website eplan.co.za is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time could be faster and the support team could be more knowledgeable. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely room for improvement.
