I purchased a trainer from vasa trainer.com and it has been a decent experience. The trainer itself is pretty good and works well for my fitness routine. However, I did face some issues with the customer support team. They were not very responsive and it took quite a while to get my queries resolved. Overall, the product is satisfactory but the customer service could be improved.
